Stray Kids bless MyDay with another cover of a DAY6 song and ATEEZ drop the MV for THANXX
Seeing the video teasers for THANXX and the performance from their online concert a few weeks ago, I knew this song was going to be catchy the minute you heard the Latin beat at the beginning. I was also mindful of the recent controversy regarding Hongjoong's hair that KQ Entertainment had made note of and apologised in a statement after ATINY sent emails and messages to them.
Ignoring the questionable hairstyles I liked the rest of the video itself. Everyone had swagger and I appreciated the screen time and choreography from everyone, including the backing dancers. After listening to the mini album, I definitely like the song as it's great for a summer outdoor festival surely. THANXX does not hold back and the song is about being unafraid to say they're going their way and dancing their own rhythm, confidently being themselves.
