[SONG REVIEW] ATEEZ

ATEEZ are reaching the end of their treasure hunt and bring ATINY an Answer.

To coincide with their latest EP of five tracks, ATEEZ give us Answer. Any Atiny who has been following the group's discography may spot some familiar moves in the choreography and also other little nods to previous songs in the music.

Answer is dramatic, powerful, sweeping you off your feet and intense enough to make you feel deeply emotional. It's a perfect conclusion to this Treasure concept. Unless ATEEZ have another unreleased chapter to keep everyone on their toes. The lyrics talk about a toast, a celebration. Perhaps the answer to the treasure they were seeking was themselves in the form of light VS darkness (in the case of their counterparts from Hala Hala/Say My Name comeback). Pirate kings looking for treasure. I'm not the best with theories. Honestly it was hard to keep track with the likes of Bangtan's many theories from HYYH or Wings for example but also MONSTA X's Clan storyline. The video is a classic aesthetically pleasing piece. Yes when the visuals and cinematography are stunning it's hard not to repeat oneself with the same kind of words.

On Action To Answer, there is a song that had an instrumental in the previous album All To Action. Precious manages to get the full length treatment in Action to Answer and my goodness the hype it brings to my mind. I loved the instrumental section in the overture version but hearing the vocals and raps on top is incredible. Precious, you are definitely going on my motivational playlist if I need to do a work out.

The outro song on this EP is just as epic with the narration. ATEEZ are not going anywhere. They have so much potential and they are going to continue reaching to the top and finding further treasure. Like many groups, they started from the bottom, not from one of the most popular labels and worked their way up. Storming their way into the Korean music world with a fierce debut. I hope their success grows and their music continues to keep reaching out to new ATINY.
