With The Rose halfway through their European leg of their We Rose You Tour, Woosung has released a special MV for one of his older compostions from pre-debut and WayV make another comeback.
Woosung's Beautiful Girl has a special video featuring BTOB's Peniel and also footage from five years ago to transition to the present. It shows how far Woosung has come since his earlier days before joining The Rose. Beautiful Girl is a cute, corny song and you can tell in the video Woosung is so embarrassed when he shows his cute, lovable side in front of the camera. WayV's latest single Moonwalk has some epic orchestra kicking in between the singing and rapping parts right after presenting the listeners with a soft piano intro and like a lot of recent SM songs, a section of fierce guitar riffs during the dance break. Oh and yes, they really do Moonwalk in the choreography. There's also quite an even line distribution amongst all members which is nice to see. Reading the translation to Moonwalk it feels rather other-worldly but then you also think it describes a special person who appears into the world, shows them who they are and becomes a legend eventually.
Side note - I won't lie and admit that the old EXO M feelings I once had are somehow resurfacing when I look at WayV.
Another song WayV released is Love Talk. This video has the English verison of the song and it seems every time an English version of a song is released, there's more openness to sexy/dirty lyrics. But I enjoy the visuals in this video nonetheless. Everyone is dressed in white and just making a lot of eye contact with the camera. Imagine this song on stage though...
