Keunakeun return with a new comeback single that also features brand new member Lee Dongwon.
Lonely Night's teasers showed us a sad brass sound which instantly reminds me of the group's last single Rain. However upon further listening, it seems the song is far from similar to its predecessor and has a slightly different sound. Even Heejun, Seoham (formerly known as Seungjun) and Dongwon have a little autotuning in their voices here.
Choregraphy is suitably smooth for the song's slow pace which is about how the guys hate loving a special someone and when they're not there, it feels lonely as the night becomes longer. Lonely Night is a good comeback and it's still new and fresh to see how Dongwon fits into the group. He has a short part in Lonely Night which was mostly rapping. We cannot make a solid judgement on how good he is just from listening to one song but let's give him all the welcoming support he needs and look forward to seeing more of his talent within KNK.
