RM/Kim Namjoon treats ARMYs with another mixtape and special MVs to celebrate the release
What was assumed to be a regular list of recommendations turned out to a track list for another mixtape. Say it ain't so, RM...?! But he does not lie and mono is a lot different to the first mixtape. Much more mellow in style compared to the predecessor but still very Kim Namjoon when you read the lyrics. I find mono is great to listen as background music if you need to relax after a long day.
The Forever Rain MV is animated in black and white with focus on rain and how it affects us. Walking in the rain and nobody cares about you is rather true (well you don't want to get soaked and you want to go to a dry place so those are priorities yes?).
Seoul and Moonchild lyric MVs are self-explanatory with the former showing Seoul sceneries from high rise buildings to busy roads. Namjoon describes Seoul and wonders why it sounds the same as soul. Moonchild speaks about rising like the moon and being you.
The English translations are in the soft subs so it is worth reading each line as you listen to the songs.
