New songs that have caught my eye recently. Here we go.
She's Gone - Ilhoon
Ilhoon marks his solo debut with title track She's Gone. It's about a girl walking away from a relationship and the guy not having any regrets, not wasting time with heartbreak and not giving much care. She's Gone has a slight gritty tune that blends with the MV with Ilhoon and his backing dancers in a night scenery and partying their sorrows away, letting off steam in clubs, arcade machines and the streets. This is a strong solo debut by Jung Ilhoon. Nice one.

Little Star - Ace of VAV
This is a cover of a very popular song by indie band Standing Egg. It's been covered a lot since it is an acoustic guitar-focused song - easy for musicians to sing along to so seeing this pop up on my Twitter feed while checking VAV updates definitely made me click the link to watch the full performance. Ace sounds sincere as he sings Little Star. This group deserve a little more recognition than they have right now and it seems their newer direction of music is helping them progress.
