Latest songs to catch my attention lately.
Spotlight - VAV
I did listen to VAV when they debuted but then drifted as their song Under The Moonlight didn't completely capture me. Fast forward to now after the member changes including the arrival of No Mercy alumni Yoonho, VAV's newer music suddenly greets many new listeners. Spotlight is a funky song on a guy wanting his dream girl to stay in his visual because she's amazing and his spotlight and the MV is mainly focusing on the choreography (though there is the performance version which is also highly recommended).

The new VAV album "Spotlight" has some great songs. Do check them out. Other favourite songs include Gorgeous, She's Mine and Flower
In Time - MONSTA X
Celebrating 1000 days as a group, MONSTA X had a schedule of goodies to release to their loyal Monbebe. The special MV for In Time was one of the treats. It's a simple MV where the group are sitting together and contemplating deeply as they sing, pouring their emotions out from waiting for their special person to return *proceeds to hug each member.*
If ~Mata Aetara~ - DAY6
Early this month, DAY6 released their first ever Japanese song to mark their debut in the Japanese market. It does not disappoint. Just when you thought a large number of their songs sounded very Anime-like, in comes a Jrock bop. A relationship has ended but unless the couple meet other partners, one another's memories will be erased - that is until they meet again. The band's Japanese pronunciation is actually rather good but I'll let native Japanese or advanced students take a listen and judge with their own ears.
