July's Every Day6 song is another melodic piece and how nice it is. How nice would it also be, to hitchhike with DAY6? As the song progresses, each member meets each other on the road and Sungjin picks up everyone up to sit in his truck. Hi Hello is about the excitement that you feel when you greet your crush as you pass each other and then what follows blooms into something further. Sweet.
Killing Monday - EVE
Veteran visual rock band EVE release a new song in July, fitting in time for Monday to kick off a new week. Yes, even I too feel like 'killing Monday' and not wanting to go to work but alas the alarm we set each morning has to haunt us so we wake up. The song's style reminds me of EVE's older tunes which were jumpy and fun, very much light rock to make you smile.
So Far Away - Suga, Jungkook and Jin
I enjoyed Suran's version a lot. It was surreal and haunting. The Jin and Jungkook version gives me just as many goosebumps as the original. Completely unreal. Thank you for making this BTS FESTA such a delight, guys. And blessing the vocal talent here. Thank you for letting Seokjin shine. Obviously I can't fault Jungkook because he is so good with singing but I'm truly happy to see the eldest member of Bangtan have more opportunities to show his vocal colours.
